DODOMA, July 11 -- The Director General of the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB), Crispin Chalamila, has warned Tanzanians against the evils of corruption, saying it is one of the major obstacles hindering humanity and justice.

He said corruption contributes to the emergence of other oppressive acts that go against the Tanzanian constitution.

Chalamila made the remarks today, July 11, 2025, in Dodoma, during the commemoration of the African Anti-Corruption Day.
