Dar es Salaam, Sept. 9 -- Worldwide children look for their fathers to lay down the rules and enforce them. They also look for their fathers to provide a feeling of security, both physical and emotional and in the course; fathers have a crucial role to play in the cognitive, social and emotional development of their children.
