MWANZA, Oct. 17 -- ACT-WAZALENDO councillorship candidate for Igogo Ward in Mwanza Region, Mr Said Said, has vowed to address challenges of poor road infrastructure, water shortages and youth unemployment if elected in the October 29 General Election.

Speaking during a campaign rally at Igogo on Wednesday, Mr Said urged residents to turn out in large numbers and vote for him, pledging to work closely with the Nyamagana City Council to find lasting solutions to the wards pressing issues.

He said improving access to clean water and creating employment opportunities for young people would be among his top priorities, alongside upgrading dilapidated roads to enhance mobility and spur economic activities in the area.
