DODOMA, Jan. 8 -- PARLIAMENTARY Committees are set to begin an 11-day schedule of meetings next Tuesday in Dodoma, marking the first major activity of the 2026 legislative calendar ahead of the Second Sitting of the 13th Parliament.

According to a statement issued on Tuesday by Parliaments Communication and Public Education Department, the meetings will run from January 13 to January 23, 2026, in preparation for the forthcoming parliamentary session later this month.

Members of the Parliament have been directed to report to Dodoma on Monday ahead of the meetings.
