DAR ES SALAAM, Jan. 10 -- THE government has, within just two months from November to December 2025 facilitated overseas employment for 1,323 Tanzanian youths, with efforts underway to secure over 50,000 opportunities in various countries.

Speaking on Thursday during a send-off ceremony for 109 youths departing to work abroad, the Minister in the Prime Ministers Office responsible for Labour, Employment and Relations, Mr Deus Sangu, said that by the end of this month, the number of youths who will have secured such opportunities is expected to reach 1,434.
