Dar es Salaam, April 9 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE Open University of Tanzania (OUT) and the Agency for the Development of Educational Management (ADEM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening leadership capacity and teacher development in the education sector.
Speaking at the signing ceremony in Dar es Salaam, yesterday, OUT Vice Chancellor, Professor Elifas Bisanda, said the agreement would enable both institutions to work closely in building leadership and administrative skills among teachers.
Through the partnership, ADEM will focus on enhancing the professional capabilities of teachers trained by OUT, equipping them with additional competencies in leadership and governance.
