DODOMA, Oct. 28 -- TANZANIANS have been urged to vote peacefully tomorrow as the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) reaffirms that the General Elections fully comply with the Constitution and the law of the land.

Speaking to reporters here today, the  Attorney General, Mr Hamza Johari, said the countrys five-year leadership term has ended in accordance with the Constitution, making tomorrows election lawful and legitimate.

“The term of five years has ended as provided by the Constitution, and the election scheduled for tomorrow is therefore constitutional.
