Dar es Salaam, Feb. 19 -- DODOMA: THE National Sports Council (NSC) is rolling out a project to construct Sports Training Centres across all regions of the country, beginning with a large facility in Manyara, designed to serve the Northern Zone.

The initiative is part of the NSCs broader strategy to promote sports development nationwide, whereby the project is being funded through the Sports Development Fund unveiled by the NSC Executive Secretary, Neema Msitha.

Msitha revealed the plan in Dodoma, when addressing a news conference on key achievements of her institution over the past four years of President Samia Suluhu Hassans administration.
