Dar es Salaam, March 11 -- DODOMA: NMB Bank has contributed 170m/- as part of its sponsorship for the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Association of Local Authorities of Tanzania (ALAT), which is set to be graced by President Samia Suluhu Hassan in Dodoma today.
This amount is part of 1.4bn/- that the bank has disbursed to ALAT over the past nine years of its sponsorship. NMB Banks Chief of Wholesale Banking, Alfred Shao emphasised that the bank will continue its collaboration with the organisation for the betterment of Tanzanians.
“In addition to this amount, it is worth noting that we began our contributions nearly nine years ago. We believe in continuing these partnerships,” he stated.
