BABATI, Oct. 15 -- PRESIDENTIAL candidate for the National League for Democracy (NLD), Doyo Hassan Doyo, has pledged to construct a modern multi-storey market in Babati town, Manyara Region, within six months of taking office. He also promised to increase the local governments 10 percent loan allocation to 40 percent.
Doyo made the promises during his campaign rally in Babati as he seeks the peoples mandate to become Tanzanias next President in the upcoming General Election scheduled for October 29 this year.
