DAR ES SALAAM, June 2 -- PROFESSIONAL golfer Fadhil Nkya from Dar es Salaam Gymkhana Club emerged victorious in the third season of the Lina PG Tour — a tournament held in memory of the late Lina Nkya, a former national golf team player.

Mr Nkya topped the professional category, securing his third consecutive win in the event, while Abdallah Yusufu took second place. In the junior division, Jay Nathwani of Arusha Gymkhana Club claimed the top spot, showcasing promising talent among young golfers.

The tournament, which concluded yesterday at the scenic TPC golf course in Moshi, Kilimanjaro, drew over 130 participants from various clubs across Tanzania.
