Dar es Salaam, Dec. 24 -- I WAS honoured to be invited by the Government of the Peoples Republic of China to participate in the 2025 Seminar on Poverty Reduction and Development for African Officials, held from October 19 to 26 in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of China.

The seminar brought together government officials and development practitioners from about 42 African countries, creating a rare platform for shared learning, dialogue and firsthand observation of Chinas development experience.
