DAR ES SALAAM, Nov. 8 -- TANZANIAN  businesswoman Jeniffer Jovin, popularly known as “Niffer” (26), and 21 others have been arraigned at the Kisutu Resident Magistrates Court, facing three charges, including treason.

The other accused in the case are; Lucianus Luchius (28) a teacher, Paul Malima (28), Augustino Mulwale (30), Mohamed Kondo (30), John Mmena (26), Paul Shirima (23), Ramadhani Ramadhani (21), Levi Mkute (40), Esau Ernest, alias “Duduye” (21), and Leonard Mkonyi.

Others are, Fadhili Nyombi, Hamisi Hamisi, Abeid Kivuyo (24), Nicholous Shiduo (27), Abati Mwadini (27), Mika Chavala (32), Fatuma Mzengo (30), Dewji Ramji (19), Ruthmelda Silaa (21), Hilda Ngulu (22), and Yusuph Hussein (22).
