Dar es Salaam, March 24 -- DODOMA: TANZANIA is doing well in environment conservation following the commendable job of the environmental experts the country registered in a four-year period.

According to a statement by the National Environment Management Council (NEMC), 1,023 environmental experts have been registered in the four-year tenure of the Samia Suluhu Hassans presidency.

Additionally, the council has issued performance certificates to 503 experts who met the required standards in accordance with the 2021 Environmental Experts Registration and Performance Regulations.
