IRINGA, July 7 -- THE atmosphere in Iringa is electric as the National Pool Championship reaches its dramatic conclusion today.

Over the past three days, 176 skilled players representing 24 clubs from across the country have battled it out in a display of exceptional precision, focus and sportsmanship all vying for the coveted national title and a place on the Tanzania national pool team.

The championship, hosted by the Tanzania Pool Association (TAPA), has drawn widespread attention for its high-level competition and smooth organisation.
