ZANZIBAR, Nov. 10 -- ZANZIBAR President Hussein Mwinyi is set to address the 11th House of Representatives today, outlining his governments priorities and strategic direction for 2025–2030, in line with the implementation of the CCM Election Manifesto.

Speaker of the Zanzibar House of Representatives, Zubeir Ali Maulid announced the schedule to members shortly after most newly appointed representatives were sworn in, urging full attendance at the session.

Speaker Maulid explained that the presidents address is mandated under Article 84 of the 1984 Zanzibar Constitution, which requires the president to officially open the House and inaugurate its activities for the next five-year term.
