Dar es Salaam, Nov. 28 -- ZANZIBAR President, Hussein Mwinyi has pledged to work closely with Benjamin Mkapa Foundation (BMF), including contributing to the institution's endowment fund which seeks to make health services accessible to all people.

President Mwinyi made the pledge at the Zanzibar State House during his talks with the BMF Board of Trustees delegation led by its Chairperson, Dr Adeline Kimambo.

The President commended the foundation for the great work it has been doing in sup- porting the health sector, and promised full cooperation in preparing the commemoration of the death of the third phase president Benjamin Mkapa ex- pected to be held next year in Zanzibar.
