Dar es Salaam, Feb. 10 -- MWANZA: POLICE in Mwanza have rescued two students from Blessing Modern School who were abducted while being transported to school on a school bus.

The students, identified as Magreth Juma (8) and Fortunata Mwakalebela (5), were found alive in a house in Nyegezi, Ilemela District.

Mwanza Regional Police Commander Wilbrod Mutafungwa confirmed the rescue, stating that two suspects were killed in a police operation after attempting to attack officers with machetes, iron rods, and a dagger.
