MOROGORO, Sept. 17 -- PARLIAMENTARY candidate for Mvomero constituency, Ms Sarah Msafiri has said that the sixth phase government under the ruling party CCM has delivered on the majority of its promises outlined in the 2020–2025 Election Manifesto, particularly in expanding access to social services and accelerating rural and urban development.

She was speaking during the official launch of CCMs election campaigns in the constituency at Mlali Market grounds and officiated by Morogoro Regional CCM Secretary General Mr Nuru Ngereja.
