Dar es Salaam, March 24 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE Chief Sheikh of Tanzania, Mufti Abbubakar Zubery, has urged Tanzanians to avoid misinformation and rumours as the country approaches the upcoming General Elections.

He emphasized the importance of using wisdom and discretion when receiving and sharing information to prevent misleading the public.

Mufti made this statement while receiving an iftar meal donated by the Dar es Salaam Regional Commissioners Office for the women of the Bakwata National Womens Association (JUWAKITA).
