DODOMA, June 12 -- THE development of the Mtumba Government City in Dodoma has reached 90.1 per cent completion, earning international recognition.
As of on Wednesday, delegations from ten countries have visited the site to learn from Tanzanias innovative approach to smart urban planning and public service delivery.
Speaking in Dodoma, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports and Chief Government Spokesperson, Mr Gerson Msigwa, said the project is being developed as a Smart City, integrating modern infrastructure and digital systems to improve government efficiency.
