MOROGORO, Aug. 29 -- The presidential candidate for the ruling Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, has pledged to allocate 2.6bn/- in loans to benefit 8,320 women, youth, and people with disabilities to help them increase their capital and boost their economic livelihoods.
The pledge was made today, August 29, 2025, as Dr. Samia addressed a general election campaign rally in Ngerengere Village, located in Morogoro Region.
