Dar es Salaam, March 24 -- DAR ES SALAAM: SENIOR golfer Edmund Mndolwa demonstrated his exceptional skills on the course, overcoming a strong field to claim the NBC 2025 Waitara Golf Trophy title at the Tanzania Peoples Defence Forces (TPDF) Lugalo Golf Club in Dar es Salaam.

Playing off a handicap of 12, Mndolwa, a member of the General team, delivered an outstanding six-under-par 66 nett, securing the overall title in the 18-hole tournament held over the weekend.

The annual event, organised by TPDF Lugalo Golf Club and sponsored by NBC Bank, brought together golfers from across the country to honor the clubs founder, General (rtd) George Waitara.
