MBEYA, Aug. 11 -- THE Ministry of Land, Housing and Human Settlements Development has established a Special Land Clinic to speed up land tenure in areas where the Land Title Improvement Project (LTIP) has been implemented.

30,700 plots are being acquired in the Mbeya Region.

The move by the Ministry of Land is in implementation of the instructions of the Minister of Land, Housing and Human Settlements Development, Deogratius Ndejembi, to ensure that areas formalized through the LTIP project are acquired by its citizens by providing them with land titles.

The special land clinic is being held in Dar es Salaam in Ilala municipality, Dodoma in the Mpunguzi area, Mbeya in the Mbarali council, and Shinyanga region in the Kahama council and ...
