MKUU, Feb. 19 -- A newly constructed Mwalimu Stephen Moshi Technical Secondary School in Rombo District, Kilimanjaro Region, is emerging as a key hub for practical skills training in the country.

The school is part of the governments drive to strengthen vocational education and expand youth employment opportunities.
