DODOMA, Oct. 15 -- THE Chama Cha Mapinduzi(CCM) parliamentary candidate for Mtumba Constituency, Anthony Mavunde, has pledged to build a talent and sports development center in the Sokoine area, Ipala, as part of his efforts to promote youth empowerment and encourage investment in Ipala Ward.

Speaking during his ongoing campaign in the ward, Mr Mavunde noted that he has decided to grant the long aspiration of the residents to see development and investment projects by committing himself to fulfilling the aspiration through action.
