Dar es Salaam, Feb. 15 -- DODOMA: PRIME Minister Kassim Majaliwa has commended Tanzanian athletes, clubs and national teams for their outstanding performances in various competitions, emphasising their role in elevating the countrys sports sector.

Speaking in while adjoining the 18 meeting of the 12 Parliament in Dodoma yesterday, Majaliwa lauded the athletes for bringing pride to the nation and inspiring Tanzanians through their achievements.

“We have witnessed individuals, clubs and national teams performing exceptionally well in various competitions, bringing pride and joy to the nation. Their achievements have uplifted the spirits of Tanzanians, inspiring many to appreciate and support the growth of sports in the country.
