ARUSHA, Oct. 13 -- TANZANIAN female golfer Madina Iddi has set her sights on a strong finish as the East Africa Golf Swing of the Sunshine Tour Development Tournament tees off today at the prestigious Royal Nairobi Golf Club.

The three-day, 54-hole tournament marks a significant step in the regional golf calendar and will feature a competitive field of both amateur and professional players from across East and Central Africa.

The tournament is part of the Sunshine Tours developmental initiative aimed at nurturing emerging talents in the region.
