Dar es Salaam, April 4 -- DODOMA: KONDOA Town Council Director Mr Said Majaliwa has called on Ward and Street Executives to ensure they effectively serve citizens in their respective areas instead of directing them to take their complaints to the council offices.

Mr Majaliwa made the remarks recently while closing a one-day training session organised by the Community Development Department on loan management for Ward Loan Committees.

The training focused on the supervision and issuance of loans to women, youth and people with disabilities. He said the executives have a duty to listen to and address public concerns within their capacity.
