The Swahili word “ishara” means “sign,” “signal,” “gesture,” or “symbol.” It comes from Arabic origin — the Arabic word إشارة (ishārah) also means “sign” or “gesture.” Meaning & Usage:”Ishara” can be used in several contexts depending on what youre trying to communicate:
