NAIROBI, Aug. 23 -- AT Moi International Sports Centre in Nairobi, Kenyas campaign ended in heartbreak as they were knocked out by Madagascar following a tense penalty shootout.
After a 1-1 draw in regular time, the match was decided by spot-kicks, with Madagascar prevailing 4-3.
Kenya and Madagascar played out a tightly contested match that saw both sides share spoils in regular time.
