Dar es Salaam, March 29 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE Irish Ambassador to Tanzania, Ms Nicola Brennan has commended the Tanzania government for fostering a conducive environment that supports investors and businesspeople, enabling them to operate profitably in the country.

She said that the number of investors in Tanzania has continued to grow, thanks to the business-friendly policies implemented by the Sixth Phase Government.

The ambassador also applauded local factories that utilise raw materials sourced from within the country, noting that the practice contributes to increased production and provides significant employment opportunities for Tanzanians.
