DAR ES SALAAM, July 3 -- THE Commission for Human Rights and Good Governance (THBUB) has reaffirmed its commitment to actively participate as an observer in the upcoming General Election scheduled for October this year.

 The Commission aims to ensure the election is free, fair, and credible, in line with fundamental human rights principles.

Speaking to the press today in Dar es Salaam, Commissioner Khatibu Mwinyichande confirmed that the Commission has already received official accreditation from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to serve as election observers.
