Dar es Salaam, March 10 -- KILIMANJARO: THE Police Force has assured the public that it is well-prepared for the upcoming General Election later this year, emphasising its commitment to ensuring the process are peaceful and orderly.

Inspector General of Police (IGP) Camilius Wambura made this statement while concluding a training session for police officers at Sergeant and Corporal levels in Siha District, Kilimanjaro Region, over the weekend.

“The police force will not tolerate anyone who seeks to disrupt peace in the country under the guise of the general election,” he said.
