The teams remarkable achievement comes after they triumphed in the Africa Qualifier held in Lagos, Nigeria, with a dominant 98-run victory over Sierra Leone in the final group match.

The teams arrival was confirmed by the Chairman of the Tanzania Cricket Association, Balakrishnan Sreekumar, who shared the exciting news with the public.
