ZANZIBAR, Nov. 12 -- SECOND Vice-President (2VP) of Zanzibar, Hemed Suleiman Abdulla, has urged leaders and staff in his office to maintain cooperation and unity in executing their daily duties.

He made the call when addressing officials and executives at his office shortly after resuming his duties, following his reappointment to serve in the same position for a second term in President Hussein Mwinyis administration.

He emphasised that unity and solidarity are key to achieving the vision, directives and goals of the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar in delivering development to its citizens.
