DAR ES SALAAM, Feb. 2 -- THE long-awaited construction of Young Africans stadium is now set to begin after GSM Tanzania Limited officially won the tender to partner with the club in developing a modern facility.

The clubs President, Engineer Hersi Said, who also chairs the special committee overseeing the project, will lead the implementation team.

The committee comprises all members of the clubs Executive Committee.

Speaking to journalists at the clubs headquarters, Yangas Information and Communications Manager, Ally Kamwe, said the committee is expected to meet with GSM to discuss the initial stages of project implementation.
