DAR ES SALAAM, May 14 -- THE President of Finland, Alexander Stubb, arrived in Tanzania today, May 14, 2025, for a three-day official tour, following an invitation from President Samia Suluhu Hassan.

President Stubb was received by his host, President Samia Suluhu Hassan, at the State House in Dar es Salaam, where he was accorded full ceremonial honors.

His visit aims to strengthen bilateral ties and deepen cooperation between Finland and Tanzania across various sectors.

Following the official reception, the two Heads of State are expected to hold high-level bilateral talks, after which they will address a joint press conference.
