DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 20 --  TANZANIANS have been encouraged to embrace correct workstation posture, regular micro-breaks, and simple stretches to enhance their physical and mental health.

This extends further to maintaining good posture in standing, walking, and sitting in order to eradicate persistent back pain that many people experience in their daily lives.
