MBEYA, Nov. 12 -- The Mbeya Regional Police Force is holding 38 people, including an Ethiopian national identified as Tadesa Limoli (32), on suspicion of entering the country illegally.
According to a statement issued by Mbeya Regional Police Commander SACP Benjamin Kuzaga, the suspects were arrested on November 11, 2025, in the Matebeteli Ranch area of Mbarali District.
Commander Kuzaga explained that the migrants were traveling in a Toyota Noah vehicle with registration number T.953 DJF, owned and driven by Stanslaus Mazengo, a resident of Isitu.
