MBEYA, Dec. 15 -- THE Mbeya Regional Commissioner, Beno Malisa, has urged public office employees in the Southern Highlands Zone to use the National Electronic Public Procurement System (NeST) to ensure that public procurement adheres to the principles of transparency, accountability, fairness, and improved efficiency.

Malisa made the call today, December 15, 2025, in Mbeya City while officiating the opening of training sessions on the use of the NeST system.

The training brought together participants from various public institutions involved in procurement and also introduced newly improved modules within the system.
