ZANZIBAR, Sept. 10 -- A MEMBER of the CCM National Executive Committee (NEC), Mr Hemed Suleiman Hemed has urged the partys parliamentary, House of Representatives and council aspirants to fully embrace civilised campaign.

He said it was important for candidates to exercise maximum discipline, strong leadership qualities, and people-centred promises.

Speaking at the opening of a special training in Wawi Makonyo, Chake Chake District, Pemba, Mr Hemed stressed that aspirants must recognise that they are already “wearing the coat of leadership.”

He urged them to embody values such as confidence, integrity, innovation and problem-solving.
