Dar es Salaam, April 17 -- The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Doto Biteko, today April 17, 2025, participated in a joint meeting of Energy Ministers from the East African region who are members of the Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP), an initiative focused on the common electricity market and strengthening power grid systems.

This two-day meeting began on April 16, 2025, and is expected to conclude today, April 17, 2025, in Kampala, Uganda.
