Dar es Salaam, Feb. 8 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, has arrived in Dar es Salaam to participate in the Joint Summit of Heads of State and Government of the East African Community (EAC) and the Southern African Development Community (SADC).

The high-level meeting, taking place at the State House in Dar es Salaam, has brought together leaders from the two regional blocs to discuss and seek solutions to the security challenges in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Among the prominent leaders attending the summit is the President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of the Republic of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, Zambian President Hkainde Hichilema.
