Dar es Salaam, March 23 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has removed visa requirements for Tanzanian citizens entering to the country.
According to the statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East Africa Cooperation, DRC has removed the visa requirement with effect from March 20, this year.
The statement reads that after joining the East African Community in 2022, the government of Tanzania removed procedures for visa payment for all DRC citizens and that it expected the reciprocity from the DRC.
