ZANZIBAR, Nov. 10 -- ZANZIBAR President, Dr Hussein Ali Mwinyi, has inaugurated the 11th House of Representatives session today, November 10, 2025,  and outlined his governments priorities and strategic direction for 2025–2030, in line with the implementation of the CCM Election Manifesto.

Giving his speech at the House of Representatives Chamber in Chukwani, Zanzibar Urban West, Dr Mwinyi mentioned the areas of clean energy, blue economy, tourism, and agronomy among his key priorities.
