ZANZIBAR, Dec. 31 -- The President of Zanzibar, Hussein Ali Mwinyi, has established a commission to review and assess compensation matters following the implementation of the Isles government projects in various areas of Unguja and Pemba.

The commission, consisting of eight members, will be responsible for reviewing compensation issues and the arising challenges.

According to a statement issued on Wednesday by Zanzibars Deputy Director of Presidential Communication, the commission will also be responsible for advising the government to take appropriate measures.
