DODOMA, May 26 -- REVENUES at the Dodoma Abattoir have surged by 184.2m/-, reaching a total of 821.4m/- in just nine months, thanks to improved infrastructure and enhanced slaughtering services at the facility.
Minister for Livestock and Fisheries, Dr Ashatu Kijaji revealed the figures during her recent budget speech in Dodoma, highlighting broader efforts by the National Ranching Company (NARCO) to strengthen the livestock sector.
The improvements have also attracted private meat exporters seeking efficiency and quality.
