Dar es Salaam, April 24 -- DODOMA: DODOMA District Commissioner (DC) Jabir Shekimweri has directed the contractor of the Majengo Market upgrading project to work day and night to ensure timely completion of the task.

The directive was issued recently during his inspection of the site, where the state-of-the-art market is set to be constructed in the capital city.

Shekimweri, who also serves as the Chairperson of the Dodoma District Security Committee, urged the contractor to secure all construction materials and prevent any cases of theft.
