DAR ES SALAAM, Aug. 8 -- FOR the first time in history, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) will conduct the preliminary draw of the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup in Dar es Salaam tomorrow.

The draw, scheduled for 4:00pm, will be broadcasted live on CAFs YouTube page and through CAFs broadcast partners, signalling the start of what promises to be an exciting season of African club football.

CAF confirmed the decision in a statement released on its website yesterday, citing the growing popularity of its interclub competitions in the region.
